To access the System menu, press the XXX.GST (quick settings) button and navigate to [Settings] > [System]. Within this menu, you'll find the following options:
[Accessibility] – Provides access to special functions for hearing and visually impaired individuals. You'll find the following options:
[Captions] – Detailed settings for captions that appear at the bottom of the screen.
[High contrast text] – Activating this option adds contrasting borders around the user menu text, making it more readable.
[Text to speech] – Allows you do download and install Text to Speech engine that converts on-screen text into spoken words, providing an audio representation of the text content. This feature is particularly useful for individuals with visual impairments.
[Accessibility shortcut] – This option lets you set up a shortcut to activate an accessibility feature by pressing and holding the XXX.GLF (back) and [XXX.DWN] (down arrow) buttons on the remote control for 3 seconds. You can enable or disable this shortcut. In the [Shortcut service] menu, you can specify which accessibility service should be activated by the shortcut.
[About] – Provides information about the TV and its software. In this menu, you can check for new software updates, change the TV's name, or restore the TV to its factory default settings.
[Date & Time] – Adjusts the system time and date.
[Automatic date & time] – When enabled, the TV synchronizes its time to the incoming digital television signal. If connected to the internet, the clock will also be updated from here. When disabled, you can manually set the clock.
[Set date] – Displays information about the current date. If the automatic time update is disabled, you can manually adjust the date.
[Set time] – Displays information about the current time. If the automatic time update is disabled, you can manually adjust the time.
[Set time zone] – Lets you adjust the time offset for your time zone.
[Use 24-hour format] – Allows you to choose between a 12-hour and a 24-hour format for displaying the time.
•It's important to ensure that you have set the correct date and time. Some apps may not function properly if the date and/or time is incorrect.
[Language] – Selects the menu language. The selected menu language will also be set for voice recognition.
[Keyboard] – Configures the on-screen keyboard.
[Storage] – Provides information related to data storage.
[Ambient mode] – Settings for the screen saver.
[Power & Energy] – Settings related to power consumption.
[Power on behavior] – Determines what appears on the screen after turning on the TV. You can choose between the home screen or the last watched input.
[Energy saver] – Allows you to set a time after which the TV will automatically turn off if there is no user activity on the home screen.
[Power] – Settings related to the automatic standby mode of the TV. The following options are available:
[Sleep Timer] – Lets you set the sleep timer so the television automatically switches off after a set amount of time.
[Picture off] – Allows you to turn off the display. To turn the display back on, press the standby button on the remote control.
[Switch Off Timer] – Controls the amount of time the TV will continue to operate without any buttons being pressed on the TV or remote control before going into standby.
[Auto Sleep] – Controls the amount of time the TV will continue to operate without any buttons being pressed while switched on input, which does not receive a signal.
[Timer] – Setup of timers for automatic TV start or power off. The following options are available:
[Power On Time Type] – Set up whether the TV should start automatically. Set [On] to repeat this process every day. Set [Once] to start the TV only once on the first occasion.
[Auto Power On Time] – Set the time when the TV will automatically start up.
[Power Off Time Type] – Set up whether the TV should turn off automatically. Set [On] to repeat this process every day. Set [Once] to turn off the TV only once on the first occasion.
[Auto Power Off Time] – Set the time when the TV will automatically turn off.
[Cast] – Settings related to who can control your media while casting.
[System sounds] – Enable this option if you prefer to hear sounds of the system menu.
[Store Mode] – Activates shop demonstration mode.
[Restart] – This option restarts the TV. Resetting your TV is an effective method to resolve some issues.
